Complete Travel Packing List for Plus Size Women
Every year I go away for 3-4 days for a business conference or two and it never ceases to amaze me that I always have to go back to this packing list. It honestly is so complete and versatile!!
Here are the details:
4 days and 3 nights conference at a hotel where I will be expected to wear business attire every day and 2 nights, formal attire 1 night, casual the rest and I will workout twice and use the pool.

Here’s my complete travel packing list for plus size women
Clothing:
Business Attire (for 3 days):
3 sets of business suits or formal blazers and trousers/skirts
3 formal shirts/blouses
3 pairs of dress shoes (appropriate for business)
3 sets of ties/scarves (if applicable)
3 pairs of dress socks/stockings
5 sets of underwear (extra pair for carryon, just in case!)
Formal Attire (for 1 night):
1 formal outfit (evening gown/tuxedo)
1 pair of formal shoes
Special undergarments for formal outfit (lift bra, shapewear etc)
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, cufflinks)
Casual Attire (for 1 night and leisure time):
1-2 casual outfits (such as jeans/pants and shirts/blouses)
Comfortable shoes (e.g., sneakers, loafers)
Sweater or light jacket (depending on the weather)
Swimwear for pool use

Toothbrush and toothpaste
Shampoo and conditioner

Remember to adjust quantities based on personal preferences and the climate of the destination. Additionally, check the hotel amenities beforehand to see if they provide any items you might otherwise need to pack.
HOT TIP: Pack a spare, non wrinkle outfit in your carryon!! Not all destinations will have plus size clothing readily available and if luggage is delayed, this is a lifesaver!
