Is this a personal trainer, mentor, or coach?
In essence, I’m the best of all 3 worlds. In one plus-sized package!
You can expect a full spectrum approach to your health in the form of strategies, accountability and encouragement. I offer virtual services, providing 1:1 personal training, and a course with support. If you live in Brant, Ontario- check out my live events and group fitness classes.
Some things are scheduled regularly for you to attend, and some things are scheduled with you at your convenience. Bottom line, all services are provided and you use what’s best for you and your goals.
What’s required of me?
Show up. Be honest. That’s it.
Whether you’re having a good day or not, my job is to help you build a healthy lifestyle that serves you. I want you to do what works for you so that everything you learn and apply will stick. There’s nothing worse than investing yourself and not seeing results. It’s my job to help you build lifelong, sustainable habits and best of all: RESULTS.
Do I have to do extreme workouts or dieting?
Absolutely not! True health is about being able to enjoy life and make the best with what you have. I show you how to get effective and efficient movement without spending hours at the gym. I teach you how to eat and feed your family within your budget and with a reasonable amount of time. Health is for every body and every budget. I firmly believe that.

How long is the commitment? Is it enough time to reach my goals?
I am currently accepting clients for a short term commitment of 12 weeks, extendable upon request. We spend the first week setting acheivable, realistic goals. If you show up and do the work, you will reach your goals. If you have a bigger goal, you can also sign up for a subsequent program.

Is there a refund policy?
Coaching and Personal Training Refund Policy:
If the Client cancels for any reason whatsoever, they are not entitled to any refund of any amounts previously paid. A partial refund may be provided in limited cases where it deems, in its sole discretion, to be appropriate and in an amount to be determined by the coach.Strong in Six and Class Passes Refund Policy:
Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase for any unused services. There will be no refunds for services received, missed classes, unused and expired passes. If you will be absent for more than 14 days, it is your responsibility to email krysti@theconfidentmama.ca for a membership pause.
