  • Sunrise Strength

    Start your day with energy! A slower paced strength training class that includes core and pelvic floor work. Options for low and high intensity- you choose your challenge!

    When: Mon, Wed and Fri 6:00-6:45am

    Where: Indoor classes at the Legion, 4 Park Ave, Burford.

    All classes are for women only.

  • Fitness Class for Women in Burford

    Muscle, Core and Pelvic Floor!

    Focused evening classes to build strength and improve core and pelvic health.

    When: Sundays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM

    Where: Restore and Revive Studio,
    54 Fifth Concession, Burford

    All classes are for women only.

    I'm excited to introduce a new class, Fitness on the Trail designed to enhance strength, mobility and flexibility for women of all ages (Mamas/Grandmas can bring their kiddos!)

    We meet at a stroller-friendly place.

I get it. We all start somewhere. There are a few things that women have asked me, so I’ve given you a few quick answers.

Bottom line: You are welcome here.

You’ve got this.

  • Not a problem. My classes are slower paced and I give options for intensity. Even if you're VERY beginner. I can help you feel confident.

  • Absolutely. Feel free to have a private conversation with me to talk about your condition, and then we can check in to make sure you feel good when you're moving.

  • This is an inclusive space. Women 30s to 60s and beyond, different shapes, sizes and all with the same purpose: To take care of their bodies.

  • Yes! As a certified and insured provider, I have a fitness waiver and a PAR-Q form. You can look at both ahead of class. Scroll down to the bottom of this page- in the footer, you’ll see FORMS.
