Yes, if anything, strength training may help relieve this pain! As long as your health care provider has cleared you for exercise, personal training will be appropriate and we can adjust along the way. You can connect with me to adjust your program for your body’s needs.

I can provide nutritional advice and meal planning support to help you maintain a balanced diet and manage your health. Habits and strategies are my jam!

I will tailor your workout plan to meet your goals and give my professional opinion on how to get there. When you show up and do the work, you will reach those goals!

I highly recommend some basics but anything you have, I can adapt your program to. You may want to invest in dumbells, resistance bands, an exercise ball and a yoga mat to start.
If you have a gym membership, I can create a program for what you have available there too. -
For 1:1 coaching and personal training, I only take on clients for a minimum 3 months. Generally speaking, you need 6-8 weeks for your strength to improve with consistent effort and 10-12 weeks to visually see a difference. Click here to explore short term commitments.
